Joint Venture Board confirmed
Thomas Cook, The Co-operative Travel and Midlands Co-op Travel have announced the structure of the Shareholder and Operating Boards for their joint venture.
The JV, which is due to fully complete on 4 October, will be governed by the Shareholder Board, made up of representatives from each of the three businesses.
Simon Robinson, the Joint Venture's CEO, will chair the Operating Board, which will be responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of the merged business.
The Operating Board members are:
- Paul Hemingway – Financial Director
- Joanna Wild – Managing Director, Retail Sales
- Ken Smith – Commercial & Marketing Director
- Jacqui Holt – Foreign Exchange Director
- Trevor Davis – Specialist Business Director, including Business Travel
- Anna Heather – Integration Director
- Rachael Prior – Human Resources Director (JV)
